Conference Charges:
We will leave it up to you if you would like to charge a conference
registration fee, and use it to help cover the cost of the conference.
We would ask that you keep the conference fee as low as possible. Our
suggestion is that you don't charge more than $20-25 per person. Our
heart is to have as many people as possible be involved. We also ask
that you keep all evening meetings open to the public at no cost to
them. Surplus money collected can be used for the advancement of the
house of prayer in your area or as you see fit.
Traveling and Other Expenditures:
Since 7 Thunders / ZHOP is staffed by missionaries who raise their own
support, we ask that all traveling expenses be covered in full,
inclusive of airfare (on occasion rental car expenditures). Some 7
Thunders / ZHOP traveling teams are willing to drive to conferences
that are less than 6-8 hours away upon request. We also ask that you
provide housing and food for the team that is coming. Depending on the
team some may prefer hotels, and some are happy to stay in homes. Some
of our staff are on the road often and a hotel is preferable for some
of them.
Product Sales:
One of the ways 7 Thunders / ZHOP funds its ministry is through the
sale of product. We do this through having a book table(s) at
conferences. We use the proceeds to fund 7 Thunders / ZHOP missionaries
and also for the advancement of the 7 Thunders / ZHOP message. Some
teams may request that volunteer(s) are available to work the book
table(s) during the conference. If it is a House of Prayer conference
utilizing 7 Thunders / ZHOP teams, we ask that we would be the only
book table. If it is a conference in which ZHOP is only one of focuses
then we are willing work with others. We generally send several boxes
of 7 Thunders / ZHOP ministry product to each conference, depending on
the size of the conference.
Offering:
We request that offerings be taken by the 7 Thunders / ZHOP team leader
to financially bless our intercessory missionaries (7 Thunders / ZHOP
staff team) and for the advancement of the 7 Thunders / ZHOP message.
Since we do not take any of the money from the conference admission
charge, this is the way your city can bless our team for working the
conference. The 7 Thunders / ZHOP team leader will suggestion the best
opportunity(s) for that to occur.
Audio Tapes:
We also ask that you please send us master copies of all of our team's
sessions (both worship and teaching). Please send on DAT if possible,
otherwise an audio CD will work. Some teams have a preference on how
CDs are sold. The 7 Thunders / ZHOP team leader can assist you in
knowing his/her preference in this area.
Registration List:
After the conference, our teams would like to receive a list of the
names, addresses, and email addresses of all the registered attendees
so that we can send our product catalog to them.
Special Requests:
Due to the nature of our ministry and the number of teams we send out,
we ask that you be considerate of any special requests that are made by
the team in order to make the conference a success. Any special
requests will be made in advance to the host location and agreed upon
by the host location's director.
